By accessing or using Brownie Points at browniepoints.io, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You will use the service in accordance with all applicable laws.
• Billing is handled securely by Stripe. Brownie Points does not store payment information.
• Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
• The 14-day free trial automatically downgrades to a free-tier account at expiry — you will not be charged without explicitly subscribing.
