Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your Brownie Points account and all associated personal data at any time. We provide a self-serve deletion tool directly in the app.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in to your account at browniepoints.io.
  2. Go to Settings (click your avatar in the top-right corner).
  3. Select Privacy from the settings menu.
  4. Under Delete account, click Delete my account.
  5. Type DELETE in the confirmation field and submit.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile — name, email, avatar
  • Your points balance and badge history
  • Your task completions and reward redemptions
  • Your household memberships
  • Your Stripe billing information and active subscription

Tasks and rewards you created in shared households will remain visible to other members, but your name will be removed from them.

Deletion via Facebook

If you signed in with Facebook and want to remove your data without accessing the app, email us at hello@browniepoints.io with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
